1.Getting Started

  • Click to link and you will be set up with a call to get you started.

  • You will have an email sent to you within 48 hours of you signing the onboarding paperwork to get access to the app and health journal through practice better.

2. Program Structure & Support

  • We have appointments every 2 weeks during the program and a group accountability zoom every week to help everyone with questions that come up or just keep on track with meeting health goals.

  • That’s ok, during our comprehensive health evaluation we will discuss your symptoms and discover what goals are going to make the largest impact in your life. This can change overtime if needed.

  • Own business hours are from 9am-6pm M-F and 9am-1pm Saturday CST, during office hours you may call 573-567-3404 and if you need to leave a message expect a call back the same day. After hours you can leave a message or send a email to team@healthilyfewellness.com

3. Labs & Testing

  • Several labs are going to be sent to your home as a kit for you to perform. There may be some labs where you must drive to a lab collection center for blood collection. We work with a company that is nationwide and will find the closest center to your location.

4. Pricing, Payments & Policies

  • There are a couple of different options. It is best to book a call with our staff so we can find the right option for you. Prices may also differ depending on the number of labs and supplements are recommended.

  • Currently we use Stripe as or payment manager, and they may have payment plan options at checkout. If not, Stripe takes all major credit cards.

  • Our staff would love to work with you on barriers to making healthful changes in your life. There is no refund for partial program completion.
